Reserving Room 1210

To reserve room 1210 for your student group, please email library@mcny.edu with the names of your group members, and the times you wish to use the room.

Room 1210 Use Policies

Room 1210 may be reserved for 2-hour blocks, from 9AM-6PM, and from 8PM-10PM, during periods where instruction sessions and classes are not otherwise scheduled. No reservations will be accepted during the last two weeks of the semester, or times when the library is full and the computer space is needed.

- The room may be reserved by groups of 4 to 16 people.

- Two groups at a time may use the room, dependent on group size and room capacity.

- The room will only be opened to groups with a reservation.

 - The room is intended to be a productive space for student collaboration. Librarians are available to help with questions and assume that conduct will be professional and appropriate.

-The schedule will be printed out each day, and posted next to the door. However, groups may reserve the room day-of, except during those periods previously mentioned.
